Shipping Information and Policy
All available items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days after an order verification and payment is approved.Once we receive proof of your payment, we will then begin wrapping your item(s) for shipping. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders made on Friday after 12pm will only be processed on the following business day.
Orders made on public holidays will be experience a delay in shipping. You will be notified accordingly.
We deliver through a third party courier service i.e. DHL, J&T, Flash, Pigeon, Poslaju, Aramex and GDex. While we aim to deliver the parcels as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
We will also be providing you with a Tracking Number from the third party shipping company for you to track the journey of your item(s).
Once it leaves our warehouse, it will then take anywhere between 2 - 4 working days for your item(s) to reach your 'lil ones.
