Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please take a photo of the faulty product together with your proof of purchase and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged and in its original packaging.

You are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanging your item.
Refunds (if applicable)
ChinonetKita does not offer refunds. All purchases are final. Unless necessary, a store credit will be offered.
