Shipping Information and Policy


All available items will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days after an order verification and payment is approved. Once payment is received and cleared, we will begin wrapping your item(s) for shipping. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday). 

  • Orders made on Friday after 12pm will only be processed on the following business day
  • Orders made on public holidays will be experience a delay in shipping. You will be notified accordingly


We deliver through a third party courier service i.e. PosLaju, Aramex and/or GDex. While we aim to deliver the parcels as soon as possible, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
We will also be providing you with a Tracking Number from the third party shipping company for you to track the journey of your item(s). 
 

Where Is My Order?


Simply check the online tracking for your parcel by clicking on the link in your email/WhatsApp from us. If the parcel shows it’s been delivered, but you haven’t received anything, please let us know and we can help you.
 

Incomplete Delivery


If an item is missing from your parcel, it may be delayed as it may be sent separately depending on how many items were purchased at checkout. Also, please check if you have received a second tracking number by email/WhatsApp, as this shows that a second parcel has been sent out.

If you receive a damaged parcel, please check that all of the items you ordered are inside. If any items are missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you. Do take a photo immediately without opening the parcel and send it to us at returns@chinonetkita.com
